We then carefully select a nurse or nursing team with the experience and credentials to match:
- the level and type of care outlined in your Care Plan,
- the unique requirements of your family discussed during the initial assessment,
- the personality traits that are important to you and your loved one.
For your comfort and peace of mind you also have the option of meeting your nurse or nursing team before your service starts.
